In the wonderful contest of a country house beneath the mountains of Majella National Park, surrounded by an original rural landscape of olive trees, forests and pony horses, we thought the first of several meetings dedicated to our hosts of Peligna valley, curious to learn the traditional recipes of Abruzzi.
After the pratical lessons, where the group will prepare the menu with our cook Emanuela, we’ll have a nice lunch paired with good regional wine!
